Mini Football Burgers
Small cheeseburgers served in soft homemade buns that come out of the oven shaped like footballs. The Mini Football Mould gives each bun its round, stitched look, so they only need a quick sesame glaze before filling.

Method
Crumble the yeast into the water in a small 300 ml bowl and let it stand for about 10 minutes.
Put the flour, egg yolk, sugar, salt, butter and yeast liquid in a 3.25 l mixing bowl and work them with a silicone spatula into a smooth, elastic dough. Seal the bowl, stand it in a sink of warm water (38-40 °C / 100-104 °F) and leave the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
Knead the dough briefly and divide it into 6 portions, helping yourself with a spoon as it is a little sticky. Press one portion into each cavity of the Tupperware Mini Football Mould set on the cold oven rack, cover with a clean tea towel and leave to prove for about 30 minutes.
Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 °C (375 °F), fan setting. Turn the buns out at once, brush the domed sides with the egg white beaten with the sesame seeds, using a silicone brush, and return them to the oven for about 3 minutes.
Shape the beef into 6 small patties, brush them with a little oil and fry them on both sides in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion, tomato and gherkins into 6 slices each.
Split the buns, spread the cut sides with the sauce and fill each one with a patty, the sliced vegetables and a slice of cheddar. Return them to the oven for about 3 minutes to warm through and melt the cheese.
