Giant Football Burger
One oversized burger to cut into wedges and share: a soft milk bun, a single large beef patty, cheddar, tomato, onion and gherkins. The Football Mould shapes the dough as it proves and bakes, and its pattern leaves a ball design on the top of the bun.

Method
Preheat a fan oven to 60 °C (140 °F).
Put the water, milk, sugar and yeast in the Tupperware Quick Shake, stir and leave for a few minutes, then shake well.
Put all the bun ingredients in the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3.25 l, mix with a silicone spatula, then knead into a smooth ball that comes away from the bowl, adding a little flour if needed. Close the bowl and leave in a warm room for about 30 minutes.
Knead the dough again to knock it back. Shape it into a flat round that fits the bottom of the Tupperware Football Mould, set the mould on the cold oven rack, cover with a clean cloth and leave to rise in the warm oven for 30 minutes.
Take the mould out and raise the fan oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Once hot, bake the bun for about 25 minutes.
Turn the bun out straight onto the oven rack, brush the patterned side with egg white using a silicone brush, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 15 minutes more.
Shape the beef into one large patty the size of the mould. Brush it with oil and cook in a non-stick frying pan over fairly high heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel the onion and slice it thinly with the tomato. Drain and slice the gherkins. Wash and dry the lettuce.
Split the bun in two with a bread knife and spread sauce on each cut side. Stack the filling in any order you like and serve at once.
