  1. Pour the warm water into a medium Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, sprinkle the yeast over it and leave for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the sugar, salt and flour and mix until evenly combined. Turn out onto a stable work surface and knead for 5 to 7 minutes, until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky.

  3. Pour a little olive oil into the bowl, put the dough back in, seal and leave to rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

  4. Heat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Gently stretch the dough out, add your toppings and bake for 12 minutes. Serve warm.
