
Potato and Comté Galette
One large, crisp cake of raw grated potato bound with plenty of Comté and fried slowly in salted butter. The wide, flat Crêpe Pan spreads the mixture thin enough to cook right through while the outside turns golden.

Method
Set the Tupperware slicer fitted with the julienne grater over the Mixing Bowl 3.5 l and grate the potatoes into it.
Grate the cheese with the universal grater and add it to the potatoes with salt and pepper. Mix well with the silicone spatula.
Heat the Tupperware Crêpe Pan and melt the butter in it. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the pan, turn the heat down and cook the first side for 12 to 15 minutes.
Slide the galette onto a plate, turn it back into the pan uncooked side down and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Serve hot with a green salad and slices of cold meat.
