Pork Orloff

A family roast in the Orloff style: a pork loin sliced part-way through and filled with mushroom, onion, bacon and melting cheese. The narrow Ultra Pro loaf pan holds the filled roast tightly together, and cooking it covered first keeps the meat moist before the lid comes off to brown the top.

In brief Pork Orloff is a mains recipe cooked in the Tupperware Ultra Pro. It takes 80 minutes in total and serves 6 servings.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). On the Découp' Chef cutting board, make 6 cuts two-thirds of the way through the roast so that it opens like a comb.

  2. Into each cut, slide a few mushroom slices, an onion round, a slice of bacon and a slice of cheese.

  3. Put the pork into the Tupperware Ultra Pro loaf pan 1.8 l, pressing on both ends so the roast closes up again. Season, close and bake for 45 minutes.

  4. Remove the lid and bake for 15 minutes more. Serve with fresh pasta or a vegetable gratin.
