Rosemary Parmesan Hummus

A chickpea dip with no tahini: the richness comes from grated parmesan and olive oil gently infused with garlic and rosemary. The oil is flavoured in the Universal Fry Pan, then the SuperSonic Chopper Extra blends everything to a smooth purée with a few pulls of the cord.

  1. Warm the olive oil in the Tupperware Universal Fry Pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant and lightly golden on all sides.

  2. Take the pan off the heat and let the oil cool completely, then lift out and discard the garlic and rosemary.

  3. Put the chickpeas, the infused oil, the parmesan, lemon juice, salt and pepper in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra. Close and pull the cord until the hummus is smooth and creamy.

  4. Chill until serving. Top with a little extra oil and rosemary and serve with toasted bread, crackers or raw vegetables.
