Creamy Tomato Soup

A smooth, mellow tomato soup built on softened onion and garlic, a little caramelised tomato paste and crushed tomatoes, finished with cream off the heat. The Cast Iron Cocotte holds a steady, gentle heat, so the soup simmers evenly without catching on the bottom.
