Mushroom-Crusted Salmon with Provençal Tomatoes

  1. Heat the oven to 250 °C (480 °F).

  2. Arrange the salmon fillets in the base of the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l.

  3. Chop the mushrooms in the Tupperware Quick Chef. Melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute, then add it to the mushrooms with the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and pull the cord a few more times to combine.

  4. Divide the mushroom mixture between the fillets and smooth it with a spoon into an even layer covering the top of each one.

  5. Turn the Ultra Pro lid upside down, set it on the base and arrange the halved tomatoes on it, cut side up.

  6. Chop the garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper together in the Quick Chef. Spread over the tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and bake everything for 15 minutes.

  7. Lift off the lid with the tomatoes and keep them warm. Bake the salmon uncovered for 5 minutes more and serve at once.
