Ingredients

Method

  1. Make the dough: heat the water in the Tupperware MicroPlus Pitcher 1.5 l for 1 minute 30 seconds at 600 W.

  2. Add the flour and salt, stir with a mixing spoon, then gather the dough into a ball by hand.

  3. Divide the dough into 12 equal balls and roll each one into a 10 cm (4 in) circle on the floured pastry sheet with the rolling pin.

  4. Make the filling: chop the shallot and parsley in the Tupperware Turbo Chopper and tip them into a mixing bowl. Chop the prawns in two batches, add them to the bowl with the soy sauce and mix.

  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the centre of each circle, moisten the edge with the silicone brush dipped in water and gather it up into a small pouch. Alternatively, fold the circle in half over the filling to make a half-moon and press the edges firmly to seal.

  6. Arrange the dumplings in the Tupperware MicroVap and cook for 13 minutes at 800 W. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then serve with soy sauce or chilli sauce.
