Steamed Ratatouille Rolls

Method

  1. Cut 8 long, thin ribbons from one washed, unpeeled courgette with a vegetable peeler.

  2. Wash the remaining vegetables and cut them into cubes with the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the 10 mm dicing grid. Toss them with the oil and steam in the Tupperware Micro Vap' for about 9 minutes at 800 W.

  3. Cut the courgette ribbons in half, add them to the Micro Vap' and cook for about 4 minutes more at 800 W.

  4. Season the ratatouille. Overlap 4 half-ribbons, spoon a little ratatouille on top and roll up into a cannelloni. Repeat with the remaining ribbons.

  5. Serve the rolls with the rest of the ratatouille, a drizzle of olive oil and fish fillets.
