Vegetable, Quinoa and Mozzarella Gratin

Method

  1. Cook the quinoa in boiling salted water for 10 to 12 minutes, following the packet, and drain it in the Tupperware Double Colander. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F), fan setting.

  2. Wash the vegetables and deseed the pepper. Cut them into slices or strips with the Tupperware Super Dicer, and slice the mozzarella with the Tupperware Tomato Knife.

  3. Peel and thinly slice the onion and garlic. Put them in the Tupperware Voilà Dish 1.7 l with the olive oil, cover with the valve open and microwave for about 3 minutes at 600 W.

  4. Stir in the quinoa, salt, pepper and a little shredded basil. Arrange the vegetables on top and cover them with the mozzarella.

  5. Bake uncovered for about 35 minutes, until the top is well browned. Scatter over fresh basil just before serving.
