Beef Parmentier (Cottage Pie)

Method

  1. Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salted water for about 35 minutes, depending on size. Drain and mash them with the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the masher, then stir in the butter in pieces, the milk, salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a conventional oven to 210 °C (410 °F). Cut the beef into pieces and mince it with the AdaptaChef mincer and coarse plate. Mix in the diced tomatoes, salt and pepper.

  3. Spread a thin layer of mash in a baking dish, add the meat and cover with the rest of the mash.

  4. Sprinkle with the cheese grated with the AdaptaChef grating cone and bake for about 25 minutes.
