Method

  1. Heat the tomato sauce in the microwave for about 6 minutes at 600 W, stirring halfway. Pour half into a baking dish. Heat a conventional oven to 210 °C (410 °F).

  2. Cut the beef, pork, Comté and tomatoes into small pieces, mix them and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Fit the Tupperware AdaptaChef with the mincer, coarse plate and stuffing nozzle. Mince the mixture, filling the cannelloni tubes as it comes out, and lay them on the sauce in the dish.

  4. Whisk the ricotta, cream, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir this into the remaining tomato sauce along with any filling left on the mincer screw.

  5. Pour the sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with the parmesan grated with the AdaptaChef fine grating cone. Cover and bake for about 35 minutes, removing the cover for the last 15 minutes.
