Fish Parmentier on a Bed of Leeks

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

  2. Wash and slice the leeks and put them in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l with the garlic, crushed in the garlic press. Microwave for about 7 minutes at 600 W, stirring halfway. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Peel the potatoes, cut them into large cubes with the Tupperware Super Dicer and rinse them.

  4. Put the potatoes in the lower colander of the Tupperware Micro Urban and the fish in the upper colander, and steam for about 22 minutes at 900 W.

  5. Mash the potatoes with the cream and butter using the potato masher. Season, add the chives snipped with kitchen scissors and mix.

  6. Spread the leeks in the Tupperware Premiaglass square dish 1.9 l. Cut the fish into pieces of about 3 cm (1 1/4 in), arrange them over the leeks and cover with the mash.

  7. Grate the Emmental with the Universal Grater, scatter it over the mash and bake for about 25 minutes.

  8. Serve very hot, sprinkled with more chives, with a green salad.
