Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Melt the butter in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l for about 30 seconds at 600 W.

  2. Whisk in the flour and nutmeg. Pour in the milk while whisking, cover and microwave for about 5 minutes at 600 W, whisking halfway through.

  3. Stir and leave to rest for 5 minutes. If the béchamel is too thin, heat it again in 1-minute bursts at 600 W.

  4. Cut the Morbier into pieces, add it to the hot béchamel and stir until completely melted.

  5. Slice the sausages into thin rounds.

  6. Lay a lasagne sheet in the Tupperware Premiaglass square dish 1.9 l, spread with béchamel and cover with sausage slices. Repeat until everything is used.

  7. Finish with a lasagne sheet covered with béchamel and a generous layer of Comté grated with the Universal Grater.

  8. Bake for about 25 minutes.
