Method

  1. Pour 400 ml (1 2/3 cups) water into the reservoir of the Tupperware Micro Vap' steamer. Put the potatoes in the lower colander, set it on the reservoir, cover and microwave for 12 minutes at 600 W.

  2. Meanwhile, mix the honey and soy sauce in a small dish. Brush it over the duck breasts with a silicone brush and lay them in the upper colander; keep the rest of the glaze.

  3. When the potatoes have had their 12 minutes, add the upper colander with the duck, cover and microwave for another 12 minutes at 600 W. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.

  4. Tip the potatoes into the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3.5 l, leaving the duck to keep warm in the steamer.

  5. Crush the potatoes with a potato masher, add the butter and 75 ml (1/3 cup) of the cooking water and crush again. Stir in the snipped spring onion greens with a silicone spatula, add a little salt and some pepper.
