Star Anise Cod on Soft Fennel

  1. Wash the fennel bulbs, halve them and cut out the core. Slice them lengthways into thick strips with the Tupperware Chef Series chef's knife.

  2. Put the fennel in the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l, drizzle with 25 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) of the olive oil and microwave for 10 minutes at 750 W.

  3. Pour the remaining oil and the lemon juice into the Tupperware Shaker, add pepper and a little salt, and shake to combine.

  4. Lay the cod on the part-cooked fennel, pour over the dressing and place a star anise on each fillet. Cover and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes more at 750 W.

  5. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
