Party Sandwich Loaf (Pain Surprise)
A soft, round white loaf made to be turned into a pain surprise: the crumb is cut out, sliced into small sandwiches and packed back into the crust. The lidded round Ultra Pro 2.5 l acts as a proving box and a bread tin, giving an even crumb that slices neatly once the loaf has rested.

Ingredients
Method
Heat the oven to 60 °C (140 °F).
In the Tupperware Measuring Jug 1 l, dissolve the yeast in 50 ml (3 1/2 tbsp) of the lukewarm water and leave for 15 minutes.
In the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3 l, stir together the flour, salt, yeast mixture and the remaining 350 ml (1 1/2 cups) water with the Tupperware Mixing Spoon. The dough will firm up but stay slightly sticky. With plain flour, finish by kneading it briefly by hand.
Put the dough in the round Tupperware Ultra Pro 2.5 l, cover and leave to rise in the warm oven for 35 minutes.
Take the Ultra Pro out without opening it. Turn the oven up to 220 °C (425 °F) and let it heat for 5 minutes.
Return the covered Ultra Pro to the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Let the bread stand for 5 minutes, then turn it out onto a rack.
Once cold, leave the loaf in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours before cutting, so the crumb firms up.
