  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  2. Melt the margarine in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l for about 30 seconds at 600 W.

  3. Whisk in the flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

  4. Pour in the plant milk while whisking, cover and microwave for about 5 minutes at 600 W, whisking halfway through.

  5. Whisk again at the end and leave to rest for 5 minutes.

  6. Wash and peel the vegetables as needed, cut them into thick slices with a paring knife, then into small dice with the Tupperware Super Dicer.

  7. Spread the vegetables in the Tupperware Premiaglass square dish 1.9 l, cover with the béchamel and scatter with the soy cheese.

  8. Bake for about 40 minutes. Serve very hot with basmati rice from the Tupperware Microwave Rice Maker.
